Of LION's designated charitable giving, the intended allocation is 25% to LION Legacy Foundation initiatives and 75% to YES for Education and Environment (YEE). This language refers to LION's designated charitable giving—not 25% or 75% of company revenue, gross receipts or profits.
Charitable activity should remain appropriately separated, documented and governed. Where an organization or tax-exempt status is still being developed, the website describes the intended mission rather than representing a legal or tax status that has not yet been established.
